1.Registration Thru SMS

Step 1: (New Member use his/her own Hp)
Pre-register using this format:

a) PLUS#Name#MYKAD No.#ADD (MYKAD Holder)
b) FAP#Name#Passport No.#ADD (Non-MYKAD Holder: Foreigner, Army and Police)

Example:

PLUS#KASIM SELAMAT#800808083451#No.56B, Jalan Angkasa, Rawang, 55200 Selangor
Note:-
If new member have address more than 20 characters please just use ADD during Pre-register; Later after their account activated by sponsor, they can update it using below SMS format:
(Member ID)#UPD#ADD#Full Address

STEP 2: (Activator use own hp)

Use this SMS format:
START#Mobile No Of New Member#Introducer ID#Password#150#Consultant ID[Optional]
With Consultant (For the first 2 downline ONLY):-
**Consultant Fee (Taken from Introducer Bonus):
    1st BC: RM20; 2nd BC: RM40 ; 3rd BC: RM10

Activator Commission: RM1.00

If you want to add or buy more BC for APlus Plan use below format:

3. Subscribe for RPI

If you want to subscribe for RPI Plan use below format:

4.To Set ON or OFF Message Notification by server

To set the message notification OFF use below format:

(Member ID)#SET#MSG#OFF

Example:

To set the message notification ON use below format:

5. Top-up your APlus Account

Members can top-up their cash account by:
1) Cash through office counters (Main Office at Pudu and Subang Branch)
2) Into our Banks accounts : 
    ::Maybank2U (M2U) : 5140 4842 1282 (MSPC System Sdn Bhd)
    ::Bumiputra Commerce Bank (BCB): 1437 0003 7220 56 (MSPC Systems)
    ::Public Bank Berhad (PBB): 3132 2669 10 (MSPC Systems)
    ::Hong Leong Bank (HLB): 1460 000 4646 (MSPC Systems)
    ::RHB (RHB): 2141 9200 0259 96 (MSPC Systems)

To Check company other Bank Accounts:

To report bank in use below format:

(Member ID)#+Amount#T/C/Q#M2U#Date#Time#C/R#Member ID receiver

+Amount = Amount member had bank in
T/C/Q = Types of bank in using Transfer (Internet/CDM), Cash (CDM/ Counter) or Cheque
M2U = Which company account bank have been used
Date = Date of Bank in
Time = Time of Bank in (for BCB using counter please give us the reference no)
C/R = For Cash Account / Registration new member / Renewal
Member ID Receiver = Bank in need to credit which member

Example: (A1234 had Transfer RM600 to company Maybank Account on 29 Nov 2007 at 2:12 PM for A1111)

Example:
(If the Bank in is for you own Cash Account, just use this format)

6. Check Your Account Information

Members can check their account information by sending this format:

7. Check Your Account Balance

Check your Cash Account Balance using this format:

(Member ID)#BAL

Example:
(A1234)#BAL

A1234 will receive SMS like this from the server:

(A1234) Cash A/C Bal :$00.00              
NOTE: No Response From Server If A/C Balance 
           less than-RM1.00!

8. Check Your Password

Check your Password using this format:

(Member ID)#PWD#IC Number or Passport No.

Example:

A1234 will receive SMS like this from the server:

PASSWORD: A1B2C3
User ID: A1234

9. Change Your Password

Change your Password using this format:

(Member ID)#UPD#PWD#NEW Password#OLD Password

Example:

(A1234)#UPD#PWD#Y23Z33#A1B2C3

* The Length of the Password Must Not less than 4 and NOT MORE than 10 Alphabet/Number Only. Use 0 to 9 or/and A to Z only.

A1234 will receive SMS like this from the server:

Password changed to Y23Z33

10. Buying Reload / Prepaid Card

Members can purchase Prepaid Cards by 3 methods :

i)   Cash or Credit Card at our Main Office Pudu / Subang Branch
Members can purchase Cards using Cash or credit cards (RM) at our Main office or Subang Branch.
 
ii)   Through website www.rpi2u.com
Please login and select the option Buy Cards. The soft pins will be sent to your Mobile number that have been registered with our company.

iii)  Through SMS

A)  If you want to buy 1 Celcom RM50 Prepaid Card , please send this format:
(Member ID)#CT50

Example:

(A1234)#CT50

A1234 will receive SMS like this from the server:

CT50
PIN:8690999977774848
C:0(S)#$12.10

B)  If you want to buy 2 Celcom RM50 Prepaid Card , please send this format:
(Member ID)#CT50*2

C)  If you want to buy Mixture of 2 Celcom RM50, 1 Maxis RM60 and 1 Digi RM30 Prepaid Card , please send this format:

11. Transferring money from your cash acc to others member

If you want to transfer some amount from your cash acc to others members or to your other BC , please send this format:

You (A1234) will receive SMS like this from the server:
$120.00 has been Transferred to A1111 Bal:$150.00

To send any complaints or Inquiry related with company , please send this format:

Member can transfer from their Cash Acc into their Maintenance Acc by sending this format :

16. Transfer from Cash Account into your RPI Account

Member can transfer from their Cash Acc into their Maintenance Acc by sending this format :

17. Choose Package upon Registration

New Member Can Choose Any Package within 24-Hours Registration Activated. There are two Packages:
1. Two Pcs Toothpaste + RM100 Cash Voucher + RM150 Electrical Voucher (DEFAULT: if Member did not choose any Package).

2. Magnetic Stainless Steel Bracelet / Stainless Steel With Tungsten Bracelet / Tungsten Bracelet (Need to top up for the Different Prices)

:: Member MUST then upgrade to any of the HEBAT Package if the RPI Account have sufficient money.

    4. More than 72 Hours, buy a new BC and transfer RM348.00 to the new BC.

    6. Goods will be posted based on the mailing address.
    7. Members can also collect them at our main office (Please inform office).

     

  • PROFESSIONAL Starter
  • Procedures:-

    4. More than 72 Hours, buy a new BC and transfer RM598.00 to the new BC.

    6. Goods will be posted based on the mailing address.
    7. Members can also collect them at our main office (Please inform office).

     

  • CORPORATE Starter
  • Procedures:-

    3. BC Date of join MUST not more than 72 hours.
    4. More than 72 Hours, buy a new BC and transfer RM1,200.00 to the new BC.
    5. Then use the new BC for subscription >>  (NewID)#FAN#COR#PASSWORD
    6. Goods will be posted based on the mailing address.
    7. Members can also collect them at our main office (Please inform office).

Members also can also subscribe using web.
Login --> Business Menu---> Subscribe Fantastic Starter

Introducer or activator can sub the package for their new downlines. Money will be deducted from the Introducer or Activator cash account.

Members can directly Top-up or reload their or others Handphone number.

23. Sending Enquiries/Complaints on E-RELOAD Transaction Via SMS

Members can send their enquiries or complaints on their E-Reload Transactions through SMS.
 
They can do so by sending this SMS Format:

Example:

Take note that TrxID will be given along the E-Reload Success message notification.
